PROJECT PEACHES

Led UX concept and design for Peaches, a Patreon alternative for adult-themed concept artists. Conducted market research and competitor analysis to create a flexible, creator-friendly platform focused on uncensored content and streamlined monetization.

Objective

The goal was to design a high-impact landing page to attract artists and supporters to migrate from Patreon to the Peaches platform. With thousands of existing subscribers, artists needed a familiar yet visually distinctive experience that reflected Peaches' unique brand identity while maintaining the usability of platforms they already trusted.

My Role

My role involved collaborating closely with introverted artists who often found it challenging to articulate their goals and design needs. I used a thoughtful, empathetic approach to uncover key insights and translate them into effective design decisions. By leveraging competitor research from platforms like Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee, I identified common user expectations and guided clients away from typical design pitfalls. This allowed us to create a familiar yet improved user experience that encouraged adoption and trust in the new platform.

Outcome

Although the full platform is still in development, we launched the Peaches brand landing page as a strategic first step to drive early adoption among both artists and subscribers. The landing page was designed to build awareness, communicate the platform’s value proposition, and encourage migration from existing creator platforms. It serves as a key touchpoint for gathering user interest, testing engagement strategies, and shaping future onboarding flows based on early feedback and analytics.
