PWC Elevate
I Designed a streamlined mobile experience in one month, transforming a Salesforce desktop interface into an on-the-go solution. Created high-fidelity user flows for a stakeholder demo in Milan, based on user research and requirements gathering to improve data interaction and accessibility.
Objective
To design a mobile experience demo that showcases the art of the possible—enabling users to engage with real-time data, track changes, and modernize how they access and manage account insights and sales opportunities on mobile platforms.
My Role
Collaborated with a team of Canadian consultants to reimagine how users engage with complex data systems. My role focused on designing a real-time, mobile-first experience that transformed static data interactions into intuitive, on-the-go workflows. I led the creation of mobile user flows, ensuring the design aligned with both business goals and user needs. Through rapid iteration and close cross-functional collaboration, I delivered a dynamic UX solution that enhanced data accessibility and usability across devices.
Outcome
The PwC Elevate mobile demo, which I designed, was successfully presented to firm leadership during the Milan conference, generating strong interest and positive feedback. As a result of its impact, the initiative secured continued support and funding to move forward under PwC’s Next Gen program—marking a key milestone in advancing mobile-first, data-driven user experiences within the firm.
