ALUMNI PLATFORM
Led UX strategy and research for a global alumni platform redesign to boost adoption. Delivered a LinkedIn-like interface with exclusive firm content, aligned to a refreshed brand.
Objective
To create a modern, research-driven alumni platform designed to boost global user adoption, highlight exclusive firm content, and encourage alumni registration and networking. The goal is to deliver a socially engaging experience that offers personalized perks, fosters community, and increases long-term user engagement.

Strategy & Approach
PwC alumni faced barriers to adoption due to a bloated registration process and lack of relevant, exclusive content. To address this, I conducted competitor analysis, user interviews, and task analysis to identify key pain points and user needs. Insights informed a redesigned experience focused on streamlined onboarding, improved accessibility, personalized content, and a modernized interface aligned with new branding across global territories.

My Role
Led user research for an alumni platform redesign, including competitor analysis, design pattern studies, and interviews to identify gaps in exclusive content. Collaborated with product owners to define key user needs and translate insights into wireframes and high-fidelity designs, aligned with a new brand and platform relaunch.

Outcome
Now in production, this initiative is set to debut in Q4 2025, bringing new capabilities to PwC alumni users worldwide.
