ALUMNI PLATFORM

Led user research and UX strategy for a global alumni platform redesign, aiming to boost adoption and engagement. Collaborated with product owners to translate insights into wireframes and align the experience with a refreshed brand identity, delivering a LinkedIn-like interface tailored with exclusive firm content.

Objective

To create a modern, research-driven alumni platform designed to boost global user adoption, highlight exclusive firm content, and encourage alumni registration and networking. The goal is to deliver a socially engaging experience that offers personalized perks, fosters community, and increases long-term user engagement.

My Role

In this role, I led comprehensive user research, including competitor analysis, social media and design pattern studies, and in-depth user interviews to identify what alumni perceive as exclusive content missing from existing platforms. I collaborated closely with product owners to synthesize key insights and define high-value user needs. Using this data, I developed wireframe workflows that were validated through testing and ultimately evolved into high-fidelity designs aligned with a new brand refresh and upcoming platform relaunch.

Outcome

Now in production, this initiative is set to debut in Q4 2025, bringing new capabilities to PwC alumni users worldwide.
