MANCHESTER UNITED
As Principal UX Designer, I collaborated with a London-based team to enhance the Manchester United fan experience using lean UX methods. Through extensive research, I developed innovative concepts that elevated engagement and usability across the platform.

Objective
A subscription-based mobile application designed to deepen fan engagement with the Manchester United team. Built for smartphones, the app featured a robust suite of tools—including an integrated online store, live game feeds, interactive voting, cross-platform social communication, news updates, video content, photo galleries, and fan networking features—all within a single, seamless experience.

My Role
Collaborated directly with leadership and Manchester United stakeholders to identify friction points through in-depth research. Synthesized insights into wireframes and designed new UI components aligned with brand standards to enhance the mobile user experience.


Outcome
A subscription-based mobile app built to boost fan engagement with Manchester United. It featured live game feeds, an online store, interactive voting, social boards, and exclusive media content. A refreshed version with enhanced features led to increased user adoption and subscription growth.
